Who we are
This site is operated by Service Vault Ghana, a service company at HVG6+799, Tse Addo High Street, Accra. The laundry is adjacent to Fishing Panda and the office is behind it. One team, for all the jobs that matter. References to "we" and "us" mean Service Vault Ghana.

What this site does and does not do
This site describes our services, takes enquiries and lets you request a laundry collection. It does not take payment, quote a binding price, show the status of an order or hold a customer account. Those belong to our operations system and to the customer application.
- 03
Bookings and enquiries
A booking made here is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We contact you to agree a collection window. Enquiries reach a monitored inbox and are acknowledged; an acknowledgement is not acceptance of the work.
- 04
Turnaround and express
Standard turnaround for laundry is three business days from collection. Express handling in one or two days is offered where capacity allows and is agreed when you book rather than guaranteed in advance. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
- 05
Delivery areas
Collection and delivery are free inside the zones we serve. We do not publish a zone table; the zone that applies to you is confirmed before collection. Where a delivery is not free, you pay the rider directly when your clothes arrive. Nothing for delivery appears on your invoice.
- 06
Care, loss and damage
We handle garments with reasonable skill and care and treat items according to their labels. Where a label is missing or incorrect we assess the item before proceeding. Claims for loss or damage must be raised with the branch promptly after delivery, and we will tell you how a claim is assessed when you raise one.
- 07
Complaints
Raise a complaint with the branch by phone on 025 612 4442 or in writing to servicevaultghana@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints promptly, and we either resolve the matter or explain why we cannot.
- 08
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
